I’m 24 years old. I was born and raised in Osoyoos B.C. Canada. I currently reside in the middle of wine country here in Naramata B.C. In my spare time, I enjoy paddle boarding, dancing, exploring local Okanagan areas with my partner, drinking good rosé and cuddling up with our two cats Sterling and Storm!
My hairstyling journey began back in 2018. As a stylist over the years, I have fallen in love with elevated colour, hair extensions and styling services. I continuously take classes by world-renowned artists, keeping me up to date on all the newest trends and techniques!
Throughout 7 beautiful years working in the industry, I branched off on my own in the fall of 2023 opening Mariahs Splitends Studio. The past two years I’ve had the pleasure of being recognized in ‘Best of Penticton’ for Best hairstylist, hair extensions, hair salon, and local entrepreneur under 40. In early 2026 we’ve now expanded, creating Splitends. A bright, luxury studio exclusive to Mariahs splitends and additional hair creatives.
I look forward to meeting you!

I’m originally from Vancouver and now reside in Summerland with my husband and our dog, Izzy. I’m so happy and excited to be growing my business out of Splitends and becoming part of the Okanagan community.
I’ve been hairdressing professionally since 2010, after graduating from the hairdressing program at John Casablancas Institute in Vancouver. I spent the first half of my career in salons, where I completed my apprenticeship and earned my Red Seal certification.
While I loved my time in the salon environment, I was ready for a new challenge, and in 2017 I transitioned into the Vancouver film industry. There, I developed a wide range of skills, including period hairstyling, working with wigs and hairpieces, and creating character-driven looks for television and film. In 2015, I returned to school to further expand my skills in event and bridal makeup, allowing me to offer makeup services alongside hairstyling. I’m always continuing my education by taking classes and staying up to date with new techniques, products, and trends. Ongoing learning is a big part of my career, and I’m committed to continually growing and refining my skills.
Now that I’ve relocated to the Okanagan, I’ve decided to step away from film full-time and focus on building my own business. I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned over the years into my work behind the chair, creating beautiful, wearable styles that feel effortless and polished. I especially love working with natural texture and tailoring each look to the individual.
I truly enjoy meeting new people and always strive to ensure every client has a great experience in my chair.
